Through effective NLP techniques and mindset coaching, we guide you to overcome destructive habits such as emotional eating that lead to weight gain and mood swings.
Coaching is an opportunity to focus on yourself and break free from negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that are stopping you from losing weight and feeling your best.

We help you to overcome stress and anxieties that lead to:

- Lack of motivation to exercise or obsessing over exercise
What does a Coaching session involve?
Coaching sessions are over the phone or Skype. You must be in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted - this is an opportunity to focus on you!
How long will it go for?
A Coaching session will go for approximately 60minutes and we recommend having some time to yourself after the session as well if possible. You will feel like some time to yourself to process the session and write down your thoughts and ideas for best results (we will guide you with what to do!)
How many sessions do I need?
This really depends on you and how much time and energy you have to invest. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 sessions to begin. We will book in sessions either weekly or fortnightly, depending on what you need.
