All products are delilvered by Auspost or if you live locally (Doncaster area), one of our friendly team will deliver to your door.
Standard and Express shipping is weight depedent, see below for more details:
Standard Shipping (2-8 business days):
- $14.93 for products under 1.99kg
- $23.93 for products 2kg - 3.99kg
Express Shipping (1-4 business days):
- $19.97 for products under 1.99kg
- $29.00 for products 2kg - 3.99kg
Heavy Items (4kg or more) will incur a $44.00 shipping fee (free shipping will not apply)
Returns
If you receive the wrong item or your products have been damaged you must notify us via email info@mynutritionpantry.com.au within seven days of receiving the products.
The products must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving them: - in their original condition (both products and packaging); securely wrapped; together with our delivery slip; and at your own risk and cost.
When we have received the products, we will credit your credit card or debit card with the purchase price of the products no later than 30 days from the date the products are received by us.
A refund won't be issued if you simply change your mind.
