Green Immune Boosting Smoothie (Vegan)

Smoothies are a great way to consume high nutrition which is convenient and low calorie. You can make this smoothie on the go before work or post workout!

1/2 banana

1/4 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

250ml almond milk

1 tsp Green Boost Formula

1 scoop of Vanilla Rapid Vegan Plant Protein Powder

Tbsp coconut oil
